ANNOUNCEMENT

 

KAWE'S APPLICATION TO TERMINATE THE EXCHANGE MEMBERSHIP STATUS

 

AS Kawe Kapital submitted to the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) the 

application for termination of the Exchange membership status with 

a request to continue using the trading system until January 17, 

2000.

 

Pursuant to article 13.1.1 of Membership Rules of the TSE Rules and 

Regulations, the Exchange member has a right to waive the 

membership status by submitting the respective written application 

at least four weeks prior to the date the company wishes its 

Exchange membership status to be cancelled.
