ANNOUNCEMENT

 

EXTENSION OF ISSUE PERIOD

 

On August 26, 1999, the general meeting of shareholders of Reval 

Hotelligrupi AS decided to issue 1,000,000 new shares at a par 

value of 10 EEK and at premium of 25 EEK per share, directing the 

issue to the financial investor(s) found by the Management Board or 

by persons authorised by the Management Board during the 

negotiations. The subscription period ended on December 25, 1999.

 

Due to ongoing negotiations with the potential investors, Reval 

Hotelligrupi AS determined on December 27, 1999, to extend the 

issue period until February 25, 2000.
