FINANCIAL INFORMATION OF EESTI ÜHISPANK DURING 2000



Financial results of December 1999 together with the comments as  well

as the un-audited balance  sheet  and  income statement (bank) for the

year 1999 will be published on January 17, 2000.



Preliminary audited consolidated financial  statements  for  the  year

1999 will be published by March 17, 2000 the latest.



Annual Report of 1999,  approved by the Shareholders  General Meeting,

will be published on April 7, 2000.



The following interim results will be published during the year 2000:



Report for period January - March by May 31, 2000 the latest

Report for period January - June by August 31, 2000 the latest

Report for period January - September by November 30, 2000 the latest
