RESULTS OF CLOSED ISSUE OF XVI-SERIES BONDS

 

The subscribed volume of Hüvitusfond XVI-series bond issue was 13.2 

million EEK. As a result of the issue, a total of 33.3 million 

Estonian privatisation vouchers (EVP) were cancelled. Six 

institutional investors participated in the closed issue.

 

The volume of the issue was 20 million EEK. The price of a 100 EEK 

bond was 253 EVP-s and the annual and additional coupon rate is 0%. 

The issue took place between 27.12.1999 and 28.12.1999. The 

maturity date of the issue is 17.03.2001.
