ANNOUNCEMENT

 

CONTRACT FOR SALE OF VENE ST 9 BUILDING

 

AS Pro Kapital and a company representing foreign investors signed 

a notarised contract for the sale of a building located at Vene St. 

9, Tallinn, for 23,000,000 (twenty three million) EEK. The 

transaction is not regarded as a transaction with related parties.

 

Pro Kapital acquired the 2,000 m2 building from AS Eesti Telefon. 

The building is partially renovated and it located the headquarters 

of AS Pro Kapital in 1997.
