TERMINATION OF LISTING ON RIGA STOCK EXCHANGE



With regard to establishment of the Baltic equity list and close

cooperation between the Baltic stock exchanges, the board of Hansabank

presented today a request for the termination of listing of Hansapank’s share

on the Riga Stock Exchange.
