ANNOUNCEMENT

 

JOINT VENTURE OF XXL.EE AND INFOPISTE

 

AS XXL.EE and leading Finnish internet company Infopiste Oy will 

make a joint venture in Estonia with a goal to create, develop and 

administrate the Estonian city-portal. Today the two companies 

signed the Letter of Intent to provide a framework for negotiations 

about establishment of the new company, and to specify its future 

activities. The incorporation documents are to be signed within a 

week.

 

Infopiste is a Finnish internet company focused on production and 

development of portal content and technological solutions in both 

traditional as well as WAP-environments. The company's main product 

is city-portal helsinki.net

 

XXL.EE is an internet-based IT-company, which main fields of 

activity are development of portals and digital media solutions. 

XXL.EE's subsidiary Internetivärav XXL OÜ currently administrates 

the first Estonian internet portal XXL.EE.
