ANNOUNCEMENT

 

PROFIT DISTRIBUTION PROPOSAL

 

AS Norma Supervisory Board approved the date and agenda for annual 

general meeting of shareholders, and reviewed the Management 

Board's proposal for distribution of profit earned in 1999, to be 

presented to the annual general meeting of Norma shareholders on 

25.04.2000.      

 

In 1999 AS Norma consolidated net profit totaled EEK 107,588,248.

 

Profit distribution proposal:

To pay dividends to shareholders in the amount of 30% of share par 

value or EEK 3 per share, totaling EEK 39,600 thousand; not to 

distribute the remaining amount of profit totaling EEK 67,988,248.

 

The list of shareholders will be closed for dividend payments on 

10.05.2000 at 9:00 a.m.
