ANNOUNCEMENT

 

SALES REPORT, JANUARY 2000

 

Due to recent listing of AS Pro Kapital shares in the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange Main List and a need to enhance the scope of information 

provided to investors about the company's activities, the 

Management Board of Pro Kapital decided to amend the order of 

publishing the reports on company's real estate sales in the Baltic 

countries. As of February Pro Kapital will publish the respective 

reports on monthly basis instead of quarterly, whereas the last 

month's sales report is published via the Tallinn Stock Exchange 

information system not later than on the 10th day of the following 

month.

 

The current report provides an overview of AS Pro Kapital real 

estate sales in January 2000.

 

In Estonia Pro Kapital has developed and sells premises in Ilmarise 

dwelling quarter, Vene St.19 and Narva St.13a in Tallinn. In 

January the company sold in Estonia 1446.91 m2 of different 

premises for total of EEK 28,968,515.

 

In Latvia Pro Kapital has developed and sells premises in 

condominium/office building located in the center of Riga (address 

Stabu 19). No sales were made in Latvia in January 2000.

 

Currently Pro Kapital does not have real estate objects for sale in 

Lithuania.  

 

Pro Kapital's total real estate sales in the Baltic countries in 

January 2000 amounted to EEK 28,968,515.
