EMPLOYMENT RECORD OF NEW SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBERS

 

On 14.03.2000 the extraordinary general meeting of AS Kalev 

shareholders elected Eneli Oras and Lembit Tampere the new members 

of AS Kalev Supervisory Board. 

 

In past three years Ms. Eneli Oras has worked in the credit 

division of Eesti Ühispank as loan manager. 

 

From 1997 to July 1998 Mr. Lembit Tampere worked as project manager 

in Corporate Finance department of Tallinna Pank. Since July 1998 

Mr. Tampere works as project manager in Corporate Finance 

department of Eesti Ühispank.
