ANNOUNCEMENT

 

LISTING OF SUBSIDIARY ON RIGA STOCK EXCHANGE

 

AS Pro Kapital and investment company Saules Investments entered 

into agreement whereby the investment company is authorized to 

arrange the listing of the shares of Pro Kapital group's 100% 

subsidiary Pro Kapital Latvia AS on the second list of Riga Stock 

Exchange.

 

On preliminary schedule the shares of Pro Kapital Latvia should be 

listed on the Riga Stock Exchange within eight months. 

 

The listing requirements prescribe the company to have at least 100 

shareholders; up to 49% of the company's shares will be sold 

publicly in order to achieve this level. Pro Kapital Latvia is the 

owner of all assets of Pro Kapital group that are located in 

Latvia.
