ANNOUNCEMENT

 

CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

 

On 28.03.2000 the Supervisory Board of AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat 

(RLK) appointed new members to the company's Management Board.

 

The new Management Board consists of 3 persons (formerly 4). The 

Management Board chairman Peeter MASPANOV and Management Board 

member Teet SOORM were recalled from the Management Board.

 

The new RLK Management Board chairman is the current deputy RLK 

Management Board chairman and Director of Development Mr. Ilkka 

HÄYHÄ. Other Management Board members are Mr. Uno VALLNER and Mr. 

Hans ALANDER.

 

Hans Alander works as controller of AS RLK Group. Between 

20.11.1995 and 27.08.1999 Mr. H. Alander worked as CFO of Fazer 

Eesti.
