NEW BUSINESS NAMES OF SUBSIDIARIES

 

Real estate development company AS Pro Kapital group intends to 

change the business names of its subsidiaries. Subsidiaries of Pro 

Kapital will be renamed in accordance with the location of real 

estate objects developed by the respective companies. The aim of 

such changes is to better associate different real estate projects 

with developer companies.

OÜ Larvikk, a developer of Ilmarise dwelling quarter in the center 

of Tallinn, is re-registered as OÜ Ilmarise Kvartal. The Commercial 

Registry currently also processes documents to rename AS Vinkrist 

to Rottermani Kvartali AS and Arco Kinnisvaraarenduse AS to AS 

Tondi Kvartal. Subsidiary OÜ Nurmelin will be reorganized into 

public limited company with new business name AS Kristiine 

Kaubanduskeskus.
