AS Fakto will fix the list of shareholders for dividend 

payments on 07.04.2000 at 8.00 a.m. 

 

Proceeding from the above, shares of AS Fakto are traded 

cum-dividends for the last day today, on 03.04.2000. The shares 

will go ex-dividends for year 1999 from tomorrow, 04.04.2000.

 

AS Fakto will pay dividends EEK 0.10 per share.
