LISTING PROCEDURE ON ADDITIONAL ISSUE OF KLEMENTI SHARES

 

In accordance with the documents submitted, the Tallinn Stock Exchange 

started on 04.04.2000 the procedures for listing 1 100 000 additionally 

issued AS Klementi shares on TSE Secondary List. As of 04.04.2000, 

2 425 000 shares of AS Klementi are listed on the TSE Secondary List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the 

Listing Committee made during the listing procedure.
