RECONSTRUCTION OF REVAL HOTEL OLÜMPIA CONFERENCE CENTER



On 26.05.2000 Reval Hotelligrupi AS and Merko Ehitus AS made an agreement for 

reconstruction of Reval Hotel Olümpia conference and banquette center.



The construction works will cost ca EEK 12 mln plus VAT. Total investments to 

be made to conference and banquette center will be ca EEK 19 mln. This is the 

largest investment project of Reval Hotelligrupp in this year. 



The construction works will be launched on 29.05, and are to be completed 

not later than on 20.08.2000. The complex is to be opened in the beginning of 

September, and it will be one of the largest conference and banquette 

services providing hotel centers in the Baltic countries. The complex will 

consist of 12 different-size conference halls. The largest room is designed 

for up to 400 people, and for banquettes for up to 300 guests. 

The conference rooms fit a total of 1000 people.



AS Hotell Olümpia, the operator of Reval Hotel Olümpia, is 100% owned by 

Reval Hotelligrupi AS.
