CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



As of 05.06.2000 the new CFO of AS Norma is Ms. Ülle Jõgi. In accordance with 

the decision of AS Norma Management Board, Ms. Jõgi was also appointed a 

member of Management Board (application was submitted to the Commercial 

Registry of 23.05.2000).
