ANNOUNCEMENT

 

REDUCTION OF XXL.EE SHARE CAPITAL

 

List of AS XXL.EE shareholders will be fixed for share capital 

reduction on 03.07.2000 at 8:00 a.m. 

 

Proceeding from the above, the cum-date for trading in XXL.EE 

shares to participate in share capital reduction is today 

(27.06.2000). The ex-date for share capital reduction is tomorrow, 

28.06.2000. 

 

The share capital of XXL.EE will be reduced by 50%, from the 

current EEK 20,000,000 to EEK 10,000,000. Altogether 1,000,000 

shares of XXL.EE will be cancelled in the course of simplified 

share capital reduction.
