According to Sampo Finance, the majority shareholder of Optiva Pank, 

the information published yesterday about the take-over offer to be 

made to the bank's small shareholders, is untrue. 

Information about the actual terms and conditions of the offer will 

be published in the near future in accordance with the rules for 

take-over bids.
