LAW SUIT



Woodbridge Enterprises Ltd. filed a law suit to Tallinna Linnakohus 

(Tallinn City Court), claiming EEK 2,457,955.50 from Tallinna 

Farmaatsiatehas. Based on the law suit justification, Tallinna 

Farmaatsiatehase AS has allegedly failed to fulfill its contractual 

obligations.



Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS is of the opinion that a law suit 

filed by an unknown off-shore company, is unfounded. Glikman & 

Glikman law office represents Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS in this 

law suit.
