SUSPENSION OF TRADE IN OPTIVA PANK SHARES

 

Trade in AS Optiva Pank shares on Tallinn Stock Exchange is 

suspended due to harmonization of the terms and conditions of the 

takeover bid to be made by Optiva Pank's majority shareholder Sampo 

Finance to small shareholders, with the TSE Takeover Committee.

 

The Exchange will release an announcement upon resumption of trade.
