SUBSCRIPTION RESULTS OF PUBLIC BOND ISSUE



AS Eesti Telekom public bond issue ended yesterday, on 19.07.2000. In the 

course of the issue the investors subscribed for bonds for EEK 111.76 

million, incl. EEK 111.37 million at interest rate of 6.1% and lower.



AS Eesti Telekom decided to approve the issue at volume of EEK 100 million 

and 6.1% annual interest rate.



Altogether 37 investors subscribed for bonds, of which 26 bids were 

satisfied. Among the satisfied bids, 10 came from private persons and 

the rest from legal persons.



The purchase bids of 19 investors were satisfied in full. The bids of 7 

investors who subscribed for bonds at 6.1% interest rate, were satisfied 

proportionally.
