ANNOUNCEMENT

 

APPROVAL OF TAKEOVER BID TO REVAL HOTELLIGRUPI AS SHAREHOLDERS

 

Tallinn Stock Exchange Take-over Committee approved the 

announcement on take-over bid to shareholders of Reval Hotelligrupi 

AS by Linstow International AS, and the respective take-over 

prospectus.

 

According to the Take-over Committee's decision, the announcement 

on take-over bid and the take-over prospectus are to be published 

not later than on Thursday, 17.08.2000. 

 

Furthermore, the offeror must also publish the announcement on 

take-over bid in at least one nationally circulated daily newspaper 

not later than on Monday, 21.08.2000.
