CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



According to the decision made by the Supervisory Board of AS Rakvere 

Lihakombinaat on August 23, 2000, member of the Management Board and 

procurator Ilkka Päiviö Häyhä will be recalled as of August 23, 2000. 

The Supervisoy Board appointed Hans Johan Alander new procurator 

(as of August 23, 2000). 



According to the Supervisory Board decision, the Management Board of 

AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat will continue to office with four members 

for three years' term. The following people were approved members 

of the Management Board:
