ANNOUNCEMENT

 

SPECIFICATIONS TO CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

 

In accordance with the agreements made between AS Merko Ehitus and 

AS Tornimäe Kinnisvara, the total cost of construction of office 

and apartment building (address: Tartu Rd. 16B, Tallinn) is ca EEK 

40 million, plus VAT.

 

Total area of office and apartment building is over 5000 m2. This 

will be a 10-storey building, where the two first floors are for 

shopping premises and the third floor for offices. Altogether 25 

apartments will be located on fourth to tenth floor. 

 

The construction works are scheduled to be completed by April 2001.
