SHAREHOLDERS' EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING POSTPONED



The extraordinary general meeting of AS Optiva Pank shareholders, 

scheduled to be held on 11.09.2000, was postponed, since according to 

notary Gunnar Savisaar, the official announcement about convening the 

EGM was published in a nationally circulated daily newspaper less 

than one week before the date of the EGM.



The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be convened in 

the near future. Optiva Pank will publish an announcement about the 

exact date of the EGM via the stock exchange information system.
