MANDATE FOR REVOLVING CREDIT FACILITY



Estonian Telecom Ltd has mandated Bankgesellschaft Berlin AG, 

The Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank, Limited, AS Hansapank, Landesbank 

Schleswig Holstein (Tallinn), Leonia Corporate Bank plc and 

Swedbank (the "Joint Arrangers") to arrange a EUR 40,000,000 

5 year revolving credit facility.



The facility has been mandated on a "club" basis, following 

a competitive bidding process.



Documentation is currently being agreed and signing is 

expected to take place shortly.
