SALE OF HOLDING IN SUBSIDIARY



Hüvitusfond sold its 50% holding in Latvian subsidiary Latio Nams. 

The transaction parties agreed not to disclose the price of the 

transaction.



Hüvitusfond acquired holding in Latio Nams in summer 1997. The aim of 

the project was the development of office and apartment building in 

the center of Riga (address Gertrudes 10/12). In August 2000 the 

estate was sold, and according to previous agreements with co-

investors Hüvitusfond sold its holding in Latio Nams to a Latvian 

real estate developer SIA Latio.
