ABOUT NEW SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBERS



On 06.10.2000 the extraordinary general meeting of Reval HG 

shareholders elected for new members to the company's Supervisory 

Board. 



Employment records of new Supervisory Board members:

Egil Bauer Nilsen (44) is a president of Reval HG new core investor, 

Norwegian real estate development company Linstow International. Mr. 

Nilsen is a graduate of Warwick University, and obtained MBA degree 

from Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1989. In 1998-99 Mr. 

Nilsen worked as CEO of Linstow Varner in Riga, and as deputy 

director of Linstow. In 1994-98 he was a CEO of Nydalens Compagnie; 

in 1989-94 consultant at McKinsey & Co. 



Rune Enge (46) is a vice president of Linstow International since 

year 2000. From 1996 he is also a president of Investa Baltic and CEO 

of Investasource. 



Karl Otto Skogland (49) is consultant on Baltic hotel markets at 

Linstow International. He is a graduate of Norway Hotel School; he 

has also studied at Cornell University in the USA. In 1997-2000 Mr. 

Skogland worked as CEO of Anfi Resort Management; in 1993-1997 as CEO 

of Othello AS (hotel management and development company in Norway).



Rune Flesland (59) worked in 1988-2000 at Anders Wilhelmsen & Co as 

vice president responsible for marketing, and as communications 

director. 



None of the new Supervisory Board members owns shares in Reval 

Hotelligrupi AS.
