ANNOUNCEMENT

 

APPROVAL OF RESULTS OF SEB'S TAKE-OVER BID TO SHAREHOLDERS OF EESTI 

ÜHISPANK

 

On 27.10.2000 Tallinn Stock Exchange Take-over Committee decided to 

approve the results of take-over bid made by Skandinaviska Enskilda 

Banken AB to shareholders of AS Eesti Ühispank. 

 

The results of the take-over bid must be published not later than 

on Monday, 30.10.2000.

 

The take-over bid to AS Eesti Ühispank was open from 11.09.2000 

until 20.10.2000. The price of the take-over bid was EEK 38 per 

share.
