CHAIRMAN OF EESTI TELEFON MANAGEMENT BOARD



Today AS Eesti Telefon Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Valdo Kalm to 

chair the company's Management Board. Mr. Kalm's employment contract 

will be signed on December 1. 



Valdo Kalm currently chairs the Management Board of Eesti Telefon 

under a temporary employment contract until November 30. Valdo Kalm 

has been a member of Eesti Telefon Management Board since 1997. Since 

1993 Valdo Kalm headed AS Eesti Telefon sales services units: from 

1997 - 1998 he was the director of Eesti Telefon major clients 

sub-unit; from 1995 - 1997 he was the sales director of Eesti 

Telefon Tallinn Region and from 1993 - 1995 the administrative 

director of Tallinna Telefonivõrk (Tallinn Telephone Networks).
