ISSUE OF EUROBONDS



Optiva Pank announced the issue of one-year bonds, at coupon rate of 3-months 

Euribor + 110 basis points. The volume of the issue is EUR 30 mln.

The issue is managed by Deutsche Bank. Optiva Pank will use the proceeds from 

the issue to finance its daily operations.
