ANNOUNCEMENT

 

STHENOS GROUP'S APPLICATION TO WAIVE THE EXCHANGE MEMBERSHIP STATUS

 

On 15.11.2000 AS Sthenos Grupp submitted to the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange (TSE) an application to terminate its membership status in 

TSE as of 15.12.2000.

 

According to article 13.1.1 of Membership Rules of the TSE Rules 

and Regulations, the Exchange member has a right to waive the 

membership status by submitting the respective written application 

at least four weeks prior to the date the company wishes its 

Exchange membership status to be cancelled.

 

TSE Management Board will decide about satisfaction of the 

application. All rights and obligations proceeding from the 

Exchange membership status are effective until the TSE Management 

Board has satisfied the application.
