ANNOUNCEMENT

 

CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

 

On 25.09.2000 Merko Ehitus signed an agreement with Estonian 

Ministry of Defense for construction of barracks and lunchroom to 

military base in the town of Tapa. The gross area of the buildings 

is 4,650 m2. The transaction price is EEK 23.9 mln, plus VAT. The 

construction works are scheduled to be completed by May 2001.
