ANNOUNCEMENT

 

APPROVAL OF TAKEOVER BID TO AS FAKTO SHAREHOLDERS

 

On 08.12.2000 Tallinn Stock Exchange Take-over Committee approved 

the announcement on take-over bid to shareholders of AS Fakto by 

Autoinvesteeringute OÜ, and the respective take-over prospectus.

 

According to the Take-over Committee's decision, the announcement 

on take-over bid and the take-over prospectus are to be published 

not later than on Tuesday, 12.12.2000.

 

Furthermore, the offeror must also publish the announcement on 

take-over bid in at least one nationally circulated daily newspaper 

not later than on Wednesday, 13.12.2000.
