CONCLUSION OF RENT AGREEMENT



On 22.12.2000 Tallinna Kaubamaja AS and AS Emajõe Ärikeskus signed a rent 

agreement for construction of shopping center in the center of Tartu (Turu 

St. 2). The new shopping center will have 9,500 m2 of general area, of which 

a major part will be operated by Kaubamaja’s subsidiary A-Selver AS. The new 

shopping center is scheduled to be opened in November 2001. AS Emajõe 

Ärikeskus will invest ca EEK 110 million into the project.
