NEW BUSINESS NAME



On 29.12.2000 the Commercial Registry made an entry to change the 

business name of Optiva Pank to AS Sampo Pank (Sampo Bank Ltd.), due 

to change in the bank’s ownership structure last summer. The general 

meeting of the bank’s shareholders decided to change the bank’s 

business name on 03.11.2000. The new business name of Optiva Liising 

(Optiva Leasing) is AS Sampo Liising (Sampo Leasing Ltd.). The 

majority owner of Optiva Pank is Scandinavian insurance-banking 

concern Sampo-Leonia with 93.5% holding.
