REDUCTION OF SHARE CAPITAL



On 10.01.2001 the Commercial Registry registered an entry about 

reduction of AS Sampo Pank share capital. In accordance with this 

entry the new share capital of Sampo Pank is 240,192,480.00 EEK. 

The extraordinary general meeting of Optiva Pank shareholders made a 

decision to reduce the bank’s share capital on 18.12.2000.
