ACQUISITION OF HOLDING



After a public offering Hüvitusfond will acquire 17,578 shares in 

AS TVMK, which accounts for 16% of the company’s equity capital. 

The core activities of TVMK are cutting and planing of timber and 

wood impregnation. In 9m 2000 the company posted EEK 193.5 Mio 

turnover and EEK 0.8 Mio profit.
