SALES REPORT, JANUARY 2001



The current report provides an overview of Pro Kapital real estate 

sales in the Baltic countries in January 2001.



In Estonia Pro Kapital has developed and sells premises in Ilmarise 

dwelling quarter, Vene St.19, Narva St.13, Narva St.13a and Jõe St. 

2 in Tallinn. In December the company sold in Estonia 135 m2 of 

different premises for total of EEK 1,957,000.



In addition to development projects of different companies in PK Group, 

Pro Kapital also sold under management contract altogether 655.6 m² 

apartment and sales premises owned by foreign investors (located at 

Raekoja square 6/Mündi 1,3/Pikk 12/Kinga 6,8 and Rüütli 13) for EEK 

23,491,000, incl. 55 m2 for EEK 1,812,000 in January and EEK 21,679,000 

in the last quarter of year 2000.



In Latvia Pro Kapital has developed and sells premises in 

condominium/office building located in the center of Riga (address 

Stabu 19). No sales were made in Latvia in January.



Currently Pro Kapital does not have real estate objects for sale in 

Lithuania.



In January 2001 Pro Kapital sold in the Baltic countries real estate 

objects developed by PK Group companies for EEK 1,957,000, and for EEK 

1,812,000 under management contracts in real estate projects owned by 

foreign investors.
