REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN RIGA



Kliversalas Nekustamie Ipasumi, subsidiary of Pro Kapital Group’s 

Latvian subsidiary concern, will launch a new real estate development 

project on the territory of the former Riga moped factory.



Kliversalas Nekustamie Ipasumi is the owner of buildings located on 

one of Riga’s main streets (address Brivibas 193). The total area 

of the buildings is 18,000 m2. Renovation of the buildings will 

take place in several stages and it's expected cost is approximately 

USD 5 Mio.



The main building of the former factory will have office premises 

and shopping center, and apartments on the upper floor. Currently 

the future use of some of the buildings in the complex has not yet 

been decided.
