NEW CLASSIFICATION OF AS EESTI TELEFON CALL SERVICES

 

As of April the prices of phone calls in AS Eesti Telefon operator 

network will be the same all over Estonia. This system will replace 

previously used system of differentiation of local and 

long-distance calls.

 

The new classification of call services is adequate to construction 

of Eesti Telefon network. Eesti Telefon has constructed an 

effective network that enables to provide flat price for all calls 

in Estonia.

 

The new classification of calls is in accordance with the 

government program to launch the closed numbering plan and apply 

telephone number portability in case of moving or changing the 

service provider. The system of dialing via operator codes and the 

principles of price formation will remain the same.

 

As of April the following rates for calls in Eesti Telefon network* 

will become effective:

Rate per minute at peak hours (on workdays form 07:00.a.m to 07:00. 

p.m.) - EEK 0.34 

Rate per minute at off-peak hours (on workdays from 07:00 p.m. to 

01:00 a.m., on weekends and public holidays from 07:00 a.m. to 

01:00.a.m.) - EEK 0.28

Rate per minute at night time (from 01:00.a.m. to 07:00.a.m.) - EEK 

0.14

 

These rates are also valid for 901-series dial-up numbers in Eesti 

Telefon network.

Rates for international calls will remain the same. 

The call setup charge of EEK 0.48 will be added to all calls.

 

Eesti Telefon will continue to provide the Internet 901 bonus offer 

for internet users:

Rate per minute at peak hours - EEK 0.20

Rate per minute at off-peak hours - EEK 0.12

Rate per minute at night time - EEK 0.08

Monthly fee - EEK 50.00

The call setup charge of EEK 0.48 will be added to all calls.

 

As of April the following rates for calls between networks of 

communication operators* will become effective:

Tele2: at peak hours EEK 0.50 and off-peak hours EEK 0.38

Uninet:	at peak hours 0.57 and off-peak hours EEK 0.42

TOP Connect: at peak hours EEK 0.57 and off-peak hours EEK 0.42

EMT: EEK 3.90

Radiolinja: EEK 3.90

Q-GSM: EEK 4.40

 

*Rates may vary depending on the formation of prices of other 

operators.

The call setup charge of EEK 0.48 will be added to all calls.
