TALLINN STOCK EXCHANGE 

ANNOUNCEMENT

 

DELISTING OF AS FAKTO SHARES

 

On 20.03.2001 the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee decided 

to satisfy application of AS Fakto for delisting from the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange Secondary List. AS Fakto shares will be delisted 

on 01.04.2001. AS Fakto shares are traded through the TSE trading 

system for the last day on Friday, 30.03.2001.

 

Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee acknowledged that 

Autoinvesteeringute OÜ has undertaken an obligation to buy 

AS Fakto shares of from all shareholders of AS Fakto within 

a period of six months after delisting from the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange.
