TRADE IN AS HANSAPANK SHARES

 

On 20.03.2001 Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee decided to 

conditionally list the additionally issued ordinary shares of 

AS Hansapank on the TSE Main List. 

 

After meeting the requirements set by the TSE Listing Committee, 

92,675 additionally issued ordinary shares of AS Hansapank are listed 

starting from today, 21.03.2001. Altogether 78,857,109 ordinary shares 

of AS Hansapank (ISIN: EE0000001063) are traded on the TSE Main List 

under shortname HP as of today, 21.03.2001.

 

Trading takes place on dealer market.

Minimum lot is 1000 and tick size EEK 0.25.
