The employment history of the new council members appointed by the

annual general meeting are the following:



Lennart Lundberg – FöreningsSparbanken, senior vice president,

responsible for international bank alliances

1999 – 2000    Swedbank, General Manager for a local bank within

               Stockholm region

1996 – 1999    General Manager for the New York Branch

Lennart Lundberg does not own any Hansabank’s shares.





Lars-Erik Kvist has been the chief credit officer of

FöreningsSparbanken since 1997.
