CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



In November 2000, Teet Soorm, former CFO of Rakvere Lihakombinaat

started to head the company's subsidiary AS EKSEKO. On 19.06.2001

Supervisory Board recalled Teet Soorm from the Management Board 

of Rakvere Lihakombinaat taking into consideration his increased 

workload as the chairman of AS EKSEKO Management Board.

Janek Oblikas, Sales and Marketing director of AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat

was elected new member of the Management Board.
