ANNOUNCEMENT

 

APPROVAL OF TAKEOVER BID TO SHAREHOLDERS OF TALLINNA KÜLMHOONE AS

 

On 05.07.2001 Tallinn Stock Exchange Take-over Committee approved 

the announcement on take-over bid to shareholders of Tallinna 

Külmhoone AS by AB Kauno Pieno Centras, and the respective take-over 

prospectus.

 

According to the Take-over Committee's decision, the announcement 

on take-over bid and the take-over prospectus are to be published 

not later than on Friday, 06.07.2001.

 

Furthermore, the offeror must also publish the announcement on 

take-over bid in at least one nationally circulated daily newspaper 

not later than on Monday, 09.07.2001.

 

The take-over bid acceptance period lasts from 09.07.2001 until 

17.08.2001 and the purchase price is EEK 18.00 per share.
