INTEREST RATES FOR IX-SERIES BONDS



Interest paid to the holders of Hüvitusfond IX-series bonds is 7.43% 

or EEK 7.43 per bond.



Interest rate paid to the holders of Hüvitusfond IX-series bonds is based on 

3-months Talibor (Tallinn Inter-bank Offered Rate), plus 1.5% fixed interest 

rate. Hüvitusfond fixes Talibor four times per year, at the end of each 

quarter. The Fund will pay 5.77% interest for Q2 2000 (13 accounting days), 

6.05% for Q3 2000, 6.13% for Q4 2000, 5.77% for Q1 2001, and 5.77% for 

77 accounting days of Q2 2000. 



Interest payments will be made to investors holding the respective 

bonds as of the end-day of 16.06.2001, according to the data of the 

securities register of the Estonian Central Depository for Securities.



The interest payments are transferred to the bondholders' accounts 

once a year on June 18, or the first banking day following that 

date. Hüvitusfond will make interest payments to the holders of 

IX-series bonds in total amount of 3.4 million EEK.



Interest payments on Hüvitusfond bonds to private persons are 

exempt from income tax.
