ANNOUNCEMENT

 

ABOUT SUSPENSION OF TRADE IN SHARES AND CONVERTIBLE BONDS OF PRO 

KAPITAL GROUP 

 

Trading in shares and convertible bonds of AS Pro Kapital Group was 

suspended due to publication of important information from the 

standpoint of protection of investors' interests. 

 

Trading in Pro Kapital securities will be resumed after AS Pro 

Kapital Group refutes via the Exchange information system the 

aforementioned accusations made by press. The Exchange will then 

also publish an announcement about resumption of trade in Pro 

Kapital securities. 

 

TSE has asked the state supervisory authorities to carry out the 

supervisory activities, which are not in the competence of the 

Exchange.
