LIQUIDATION OF SUBSIDIARY



On 04.05.2001 the Annual General Meeting of AS Estiko Soojus shareholders

resolved to terminate the company. Management Board member Priit Sauk was 

appointed liquidator of the company.



As of 31.12.2000 AS Estiko Soojus value of assets in the balance sheet 

amounted to EEK 935,183, liabilities to EEK 498,942, and owners' equity 

totaled EEK 436,241. Share capital amounted to EEK 400,000. AS Estiko 

Soojus field of activity has been transferred to Estiko Investeeringute AS. 

No business activities took place in AS Estiko Soojus in 2000. 

The company does not have any employees working in a regular position.
